Eloise Ramirez is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of experience specializing in the care of adult and geriatric populations. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University and built a strong foundation in medical-surgical nursing through her work at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, Mercy Suburban Hospital, and Abington Hospital.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Eloise is a certified Health and Wellness Coach through the Health Coach Institute (HCI) and a certified aesthetic injector, combining her passion for health, wellness, and aesthetic medicine to help patients look and feel their best. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care that empowers individuals to achieve optimal well-being.

Outside of her professional life, Eloise enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband love participating in races for a cause, hiking, biking, and rucking together. An avid fitness enthusiast, she also enjoys CrossFit as part of her active lifestyle.
